Based on the same technology as First Defense® Boluses, this USDA-approved veterinary biologic helps reduce mortality and morbidity from bacterial and viral scours in calves, specifically caused by K99+ E. coli and coronavirus. It has been shown to provide effective passive immunity when administered within 12 hours of birth.

Directions: Administer the entire syringe to calves within 12 hours after birth. Place the tube tip at the back of the calf’s throat and squeeze the entire contents into the calf’s mouth, ensuring the calf swallows all of the gel.
