PrimeLine® IN3 Respiratory Vaccine

Huvepharma introduces PrimeLine® IN3 - Offers protection against respiratory disease caused by IBR, BRSV, & PI3.  PrimeLine IN3 is comprised of the most CURRENT MODIFIED LIVE VIRAL COMPONENTS for immune stimulation and is safe to use in calves 3 days of age or older.  

INDICATIONS: This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, 3 days of age or older, against respiratory disease caused by IBR, PI3,

and BRSV. Duration of immunity has not been determined. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity in cattle and additional boosters will be required in most young animals. For advice on revaccination frequency, consult your veterinarian.

ADMINISTRATION: Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the sterile diluent provided, shake well, and administer 2 mL intranasally (IN) using a cannula in a single nostril. Healthy cattle should be vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to weaning, shipping, or exposure to stress or infectious conditions.

CAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: Inactivate unused contents before disposal. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on this label. Do not use in pregnant cows or in calves nursing pregnant cows. In case of human exposure contact a physician. Shedding of IBR vaccine virus may occur for 16 days after vaccination. Shedding of PI3 vaccine virus may occur for 9 days after vaccination. Store at 2-8°C (35-46°F).
